General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with HookTitles. We offer fair refunds reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. However, if you contact us within 7 days of being charged and have not used your credits, we will review your case and may issue a full refund.

One-Time Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased a top-up and have not used any credits within 48 hours of purchase, contact us and we will process a full refund.

Free Credits

Free credits given on signup are non-refundable as they are provided at no cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@hooktitles.com with subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds appear on your original payment method.
